Refund and Returns Policy – Spinout Pro

Thank you for choosing Spinout Pro. We are committed to providing high-quality automotive care products and a smooth shopping experience.

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed for orders placed on our website.

Eligibility for Returns

Return or replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product leakage during shipping

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at procare@spinoutpro.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Product must be unused and unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
  • Visual proof (images/videos) may be required

Returns may be rejected if the product shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to incorrect usage
  • Products purchased during special offers or sale
  • Items returned without original packaging

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Replacement will be processed:

  • After return pickup, or
  • After verification of the issue (case-dependent)

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay)
  • Refund timelines: 5–7 business days

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment source.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product was damaged in transit
  • Manufacturing defect is confirmed

In such cases, Spinout Pro will arrange return pickup or guide you through the process.


Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available
  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may need to ship the product back

Return instructions will be shared after approval of the request.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Important Notes

  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for any damage claims
  • Spinout Pro reserves the right to approve or reject requests after inspection

Jurisdiction

All disputes related to returns, refunds, or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
